Smoked Turkey, Havarti and Dijon Panini

A good panini is hard to pass up, especially when it is being served with pipping hot soup.  YUM!  Panini's and soup are one of my go to meals on the week nights.  They can be fancy yet simple all at the same time. The other great thing is that there are so many wonderful combination's of panini's to make.  I am not a fancy panini maker by any means.  I bust out the ol' George Foreman and let that bad boy go to work. Does the trick every time! =)

Kyle is NOT a fan of cold sandwiches at all so when I make sandwiches for him they are always panini's.  I on the other hand LOVE cold sandwiches.  In fact, I ate two just today.

SOURCE: ME

INGREDIENTS:

Bread (In this actual picture it is Asiago bread from Panera.)
Dijon Mustard
Smoked Turkey
Havarti Cheese

There is no need for directions, or at least I don't think there is.  Slap everything together and grill! Easy enough.

(Sorry for the steam in the picture.)

Here are some other amazing combination's that are definitely worth trying...

Sun dried tomato spread, fresh mozzarella , basil leaves
Smoked turkey, Gouda, crisp apples
Nutella and strawberries (Dessert)
Prosciutto, lemon-mayonnaise, arugula, and fresh tomatoes on ciabatta. (Giada's recipe)
Cheese (any), bacon, tomato

I could go on and on.  Happy Panini Making!!
